Al Gore The Show Man (Frosty the Snowman)
Al Gore the showman was a jolly happy soul,
With a glass 'spoon' pipe and Pinocchio nose
and two eyes for
burning coal.
Al Gore the showman is a fairy tale, they say,
He was charisma-low but the voters know
how he came
to life one day:
There must have been some magic in that
old recount they found.
For when they placed it on his mind
he
began to dance around.
O, Al Gore the showman
was alive as he could be,
And the voters say he could laugh
and
play just the same as you and me.
Thumpetty thump thump,
thumpety thump thump,
Look at Al Gore go.
Thumpetty thump thump,
thumpety
thump thump,
Over the reels of show.
Al Gore the showman knew
the Earth was hot each day,
So he said, "Let's run and
we'll have some fun
now
before it melts away."
Down to the village,
with his spoon-pipe in his hand,
Running here and there all
around
the square drinking
'iced-tea' from a can.
He led them down the streets of town
right to a new-car shop.
When someone bought an S-U-V
he heard
Al holler "Stop!"
For Al Gore the show man
had to hurry on his way,
But he waved goodbye saying,
"Don't you cry,
I'll
be back election day."
Thumpetty thump thump,
thumpety thump thump,
Look at Al Gore go.
Thumpetty thump thump,
thumpety
thump thump,
Over the reels of show.
